Warranty
We believe there's only one way to properly craft a perfect pair of skis, and that's with rigorous attention to detail and using only the highest quality materials and components available. Everything with our Sego Ski Co. mark is designed and built to provide a lifetime of use and enjoyment. And that's why we back everything we make with our ironclad warranty.
Sego skis are guaranteed free of defects in material and workmanship for up to three years from the date of purchase. We will do our best to resolve any and all issues in a timely manner and get you back out there on Segos as quickly as possible. Please note that for our custom products, the processing of returns will take up to 3 weeks after receipt.
Our Fine Print (In Big Print)
All products returned to Sego Ski Co. for warranty inspection must have prior return authorization and confirmation number which can be given over the phone or by email. Call us at 307.264.2930 or send an email to info@segoskis.com. Our team will work directly with you. If the issue warrants a return, you will have to provide your return confirmation number and shipment details.
Our warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. As such, warranty issues will be taken on a case by case basis.
Any repairs or replacements of products are made solely at the discretion of Sego Ski Co. after the product is judged to be eligible by Sego Ski Co. only.
