Position: Ski Builder - Production  

This is a manufacturing job in our Victor, Idaho factory. We work as a team to handcraft skis. If physical work in a team environment isn't what you want to do, this is not the job for you. 

Location: Victor, ID

Start Date: 4/28/22 or ASAP

End Date: N/A

Pay: Hourly 

Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week

Monday to Friday 9am - 5:00 pm

Benefits: Health Care Stipend, outdoor industry discounts, Powder Clause, and Flexible schedule to ensure ability to ski. 

Objective: Be an efficient, self starting member of a team that builds the world's best skis. 

Duties: 

• Cut, Plane and clamp core blocks
• Clean and prep cassettes
• Bend edges
• Prep Cores: attach sidewall 
• Lay up Skis
• Understand the ski building process: identify and communicate any issues
• Track production of parts

Qualifications: 

• Experience with use of woodworking equipment including band saw and jointer (bonus) 
• Experience around power tools and understanding of safety practices
• Able to stand on feet for eight hours per day
• Attention to detail 
• Familiar with skiing and ski construction
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn the Sego process

Ski Builder - Finishing - Full Time

Position: Ski Builder - Finishing  

This is a manufacturing job in our Victor, Idaho factory. We work as a team to handcraft skis. If physical work in a team environment isn't what you want to do, this is not the job for you.

Pay: Hourly 

Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week

Monday to Friday 9am - 5:00 pm

• Cut, Grind, sand, and shape skis
• Clean, Flatten, prep, and structure bases
• Hand finish and finish prep skis
• Understand the ski building process: identify and communicate any issues

Qualifications: 

• Experience using ski tuning equipment (bonus) 
• Experience around power tools and understanding of safety practices
• Able to stand on feet for eight hours per day
• Attention to detail 
• Familiar with skiing and ski construction
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn the Sego process

Ski Tech - Binding Mounts/Ski Tuning - Full Time

Position: Ski Tech

This is a job in our Victor, Idaho factory. If physical work in a team environment isn't what you want to do, this is not the job for you.

• Mount and Tune Customer Skis
• Tune Production Skis
• Mount skis for online customers
• Understand the ski building process: identify and communicate any issues with production skis passing through tuning

• Experience Mounting Skis (4+ years)
• Experience Tuning Skis (5+ years)
• Able to stand on feet for eight hours per day
• Attention to detail
• Familiar with skiing and ski construction
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn the Sego process
