Shipping Policy

All packages are packaged at the Sego Factory (7667 Lupine Ln. Victor, ID) and shipped from Victor, ID 83455. In-stock items will ship within 1 business day. In-season skis that need to be built will ship within 10 business days. Pre-order skis will ship on or before September 15. 

Domestic Shipping

Your order will be shipped via USPS priority mail or UPS Ground. Priority mail usually takes about 2-5 days, and Ground can take from 2-10 days depending on the destination. Estimates and pricing based on your location are available at checkout. All full priced skis and orders over $700 are eligible for free shipping.

Sego Ski Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking shows that they are delivered. Please choose signature confirmation or be prepared to take responsibility if your package is stolen from your doorstep or mailbox after the tracking shows that it is delivered.

International Shipping

International packages are shipped via Fedex International Economy, which takes 4-6 days to clear customs to most destinations. It includes end to end tracking. 

Customs Duty Fees

Please note that some countries charge customs duties or VAT taxes at the time of receipt. This is not collected, pre-paid, or determined by Sego Ski Co. in any way. We only collect sales tax on orders that are shipped to the US state of Florida. Customs clearance can sometimes hold up packages.
